Resourcefulness and Resilience

Resourcefulness is a state of being at your best, of fully accessing your available energy for the greatest impact.

This workshop supports you with awareness, tools and strategies to be more resourceful and energized in your daily work and life.

 

The world is moving at an increasingly fast pace and change is all around us. We cannot slow things down externally, but we can learn to better hold our centre, using our minds and bodies to create our own sustainable well-being.

 

  • What we are we going to do?

    • Better understand that resilience isn’t about getting “tougher” and “pushing through” but about sustainable performance over time.
    • Learn to differentiate between types of energetic state and understand their impact on our behavior and results.
    • Understand and leverage energy management over time management.
    • Gain insight into the natural resources inherent in our body and making better use of them. (Breathing cycles, sympathetic-parasympathetic nervous systems, cycles of stress, rest & recovery etc.)
  •  

    • Tapping into a deep sense of personal Purpose to inspire our actions.
    • Learning a series of practices that are personalized and that support each individual on their journey.
    • Learning basic Mindfulness techniques to support greater awareness and presence during our day-to-day work and life.
    • Learning about our nature from nature, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated from being in a conducive environment.
  • How are we going to do it?

     

    • During the workshop we will explore different ways of accessing what we know:
    • Body work, inspired by different yoga and movement practices.
    • Group activities: collective intelligence, self-awareness exercises.
    • Personal thinking and reflection time.
    • Journaling and guided writing exercises.
    • Sharing tips and tools for daily life.
    • Eating energetic food and exploring how we nourish ourselves.
  • Accommodation and Food

     

    We have a number of different venues available. They are all in beautiful surroundings as our relationship to nature and learning from nature are part of the experience.

     

    We work with private chefs who have a passion for food and produce. All meals will be entirely organic and vegetarian with vegan options. For any other dietary requirements (soy free, diary free, gluten free, etc..), please let us know as soon as possible.

     

    If you have your own venue we will be happy to work with you in your own surroundings.

Price will vary according to the group size, number of facilitators required and if the weekend is residential. An average price for a group of 10 people is  between 3000 euros and 3500 euros not including food or accommodation.
